Policy answers, without the inbox.

People teams spend a lot of time pointing colleagues to the right page of the handbook. Neutron answers those questions from your policies and onboarding guides, links the exact passage, and keeps sensitive HR documents with the people allowed to read them. It runs next to the agents for your other teams, on the same knowledge base.

Where people answers come from.

Upload the handbook, leave and benefits policies, onboarding guides and holiday lists as PDF, Word, Markdown or text files. When a policy changes, upload the new version: Neutron answers from the current one, and earlier versions stay listed.

In preview, Google Drive and Google Sheets sync HR documents and trackers with their sharing rules, and Slack syncs the channels where people questions get answered. A BambooHR connection is in development and not available yet.

An agent for the people team.

Set up a people agent with its own sources and appearance, next to the agents for IT, support or sales. Employees ask it in the askneutron app or in a widget on your intranet, where it can confirm who is asking through your sign-in.

People leaders can ask for analysis too. Neutron can read rows from a synced sheet, such as a hiring plan, and draw a chart or a simple forecast in the answer.

  • Its own sources, instructions and look
  • In the askneutron app or on your intranet
  • Charts from rows in a synced sheet

Set access per source. Everyone can get answers from the handbook, while pay bands, case notes or the hiring plan stay with the people who may read them. Neutron answers each person only from sources they can access, and every answer links to its source.

Any change an agent prepares waits for a person’s yes, so no record is changed on anyone’s behalf without them.

  • Access set per document, group or person
  • Drive sharing carries over from synced files
  • Every answer links to the policy it used
