What Neutron can do

Cited answers from your files

Neutron answers from the documents you upload and links each answer to the source it used.

Versions you can inspect

Replace an outdated file with a new version. Earlier versions stay listed so you can check what changed.

Access set per document

Choose which groups or people can use each document before Neutron starts answering from it.

What it connects

File upload is the quickest way to give Neutron company knowledge. Add the documents your team already relies on, such as policies, handbooks, playbooks, and FAQs. You can upload several files at once.

Once a document is ready, Neutron can find the relevant passages and answer questions from them. Each answer cites the document it came from, so people can open the source and check it.

When a policy is updated, upload the new version in place of the old one. askneutron keeps the earlier versions listed, and answers use the current one. If you remove a document, askneutron shows which agents use it before you confirm.

Access and permissions

Every uploaded document has an access policy. You choose the groups that can use it, and you can allow or exclude specific people. A document needs an access policy before Neutron can answer from it.

When someone asks a question, Neutron only uses the documents that person is allowed to see. A document limited to the finance group does not appear in answers for someone outside that group. Groups come from the people and groups you manage in askneutron, including groups synced from connected sources.

Good to know

Each file has a size limit, shown in the upload area. For large or frequently changing collections, a connected source such as Google Drive or a website crawl can be easier to keep current.
